I've had experience working as the LEAD DESIGNER in a digital marketing agency in Australia, BRAND DESIGNER who handled multiple projects in a design studio in Norway, a VIDEO & CONTENT EDITOR for a UK global scaling group and an AI-centric business in Hawaii, and a SENIOR ARTIST for a print business in California. This is all while taking freelance projects for different clients from different countries for five (5) years.
AI TOOLS
(ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE)
I'm constantly learning how to use AI generative tools because I believe that the ethical use of AI can make big waves in different industries. Some tools I have gotten familiar with using are Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript, and ChatGPT. I have been using these tools regularly for projects for clients abroad and I am excited to find more AI tools for future work.
WEBSITE DESIGN
Website design is one of my most favorite projects to work on! I enjoy creating user-friendly and intuitive designs for different website pages and following different style of brand identities to bring the site to life. I have experience creating prototypes on Figma or Adobe Illustrator and I also have experience using website builders like Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and Shopify.
VIDEO EDITING
I am familiar with using different programs and sourcing videos and elements from online resources to create bold and engaging videos. I am comfortable with adding effects, animations, texts, music, captions, and motion-based plug-ins to make the video stand out and capture the viewer's attention.
ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE
The Adobe Creative Suite has been a staple in my university life as a BFA Information Design major who spent 5 years learning the ins and outs of the creative industry and gaining the technical skills to become a successful designer. I have used different Adobe programs daily since I joined the workforce so I am very comfortable using these to create static and dynamic visuals.
BRAND IDENTITY
Branding is the foundation of a business because it reflects the values, the mission, and the face of the company. Having a good visual identity provides structure for the brand because it dictates how the logo, social media, website, print materials, and other elements will look. I make sure to include all crucial and secondary features in the brand guide I create so that the client will be able to take the next step in building up their business.
